This is the worst lab I have ever been to. We arrived at 12:20 PM and waited over an hour without our name being called. During that time, staff members kept walking around, but no one seemed to be helping patients or providing updates. The staff was very inconsiderate and did not seem to care about the long wait. I usually go to other RRH labs, and they are always excellent. I only came here because our son’s doctor is affiliated with Rochester General Hospital. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.
I have the biggest anxiety about getting blood work done, the lady listened to me and made me feel safe. Great experience.
The staff here is great and they get you in & out fast. However, they ARE NOT open at 7am, there is a sign on the door that says they are open 8am-4:30pm
Dorothy is one the best lab techs. She is fast , efficient and compassionate about her job and her patients.
No problems, they listen to where you want to be poked. Not a lot of other places listen
