Labs staff is greetable, quick and know what theyre doing.
I want to give a huge shout out to the phlebotomist here named Beverly. My daughter is extremely terrified of blood work, she screams almost faints and everywhere else has been extremely rude to her. Beverly did so good at explaining, and being thorough on everything she was doing. My daughter didn’t even shed a tear and it was so quick!!! These are the kind of people we need in healthcare.
HOURS OF OPERATION ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 7AM-330PM CLOSED 12-1230 DAILY FOR LUNCH.....this is also the profile for the lab NOT the doctors office
This office and it's employees are a joke. Getting a prescription refill that has existed for about 30 years is near impossible. Every month it's a struggle to get them to send this over to my pharmacy. If you have prescriptions that are needed to stay alive, I'd suggest you look elsewhere because they can't seem to get it fax into the pharmacy sooner than 1 week past your last refill date. And that's with giving them a 5-7 day heads up on said upcoming prescription.
