Absolutely horrible horrible experience. Girls there are very unprofessional and you can tell they don't have experience. They were verbally abusive to me and rough with my two month old. He left with a bruised and sore arm. First thing asked as I enter, "which one should I use" referring to needle size I think. They don't know how to speak to or treat the public! The Newark location is looking very run down and needs updates in and out. Parking lot/ driveway bad shape full of holes, building exterior needs refinishing along with waiting room. Doesn’t look clean or welcoming. The staff was excellent.

Asia is hands-down one of the best phlebotomists I’ve ever had. She was professional, gentle, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. I usually get nervous about blood draws, but Asia made me feel completely at ease. She found the vein on the first try and made the experience quick and painless. Her friendly personality and calming presence made a big difference, and I genuinely appreciated how she checked in to make sure I was doing okay. If you have the chance to work with Asia, you’re in great hands—literally!
