Always fast service and pleasant employees. It's much cleaner that most too.
Staff get a 5 star rating. Pleasant and professional. But the building is an insult to the community. As those who live in the community know, this is not a surprise. Door frames rotten away. Walls in desperate need of paint. Window and Formica trim missing and some taped down with medical tape. Blood on the floor. Yes, blood on the floor. The NYS DOH would have a field day.
When calling the call center the person answering the phone should know what offices/locations are open and where they located. Me: Is your Sodus lab open on Saturdays? Operator: We don't have a Sodus location. Me: Google says you do. I just want to confirm the hours. Operator: Well that has been closed. Are you near Webster? Me: No. Operator: Oh wait! You mean Middle Rd. Sodus? Me: Hung up....... I'm in health care......that was a joke!!
