The worse experience ever waited over a hour for them to tell me they couldn’t do it , no person just sign in and wait , don’t go go to smaller lab
I was not going to send a review at the time of this incident because I felt that the life of this particular phlebotomist must have been so horrible that she did not need getting fired to be added to the list. Now I need bloodwork done and this is the only place that is open near me and it raises my anxiety so high to think about going that I am going to have to wait till Monday to go somewhere else. If i could give no stars I would! I am not aware of the man’s name. The african american man should not be a phlebotomist! He has given me not one, but two TERRIBLE experiences here. He struggles to find a vein each time I’ve received him! This time he was in my arm for over two minutes to have no successful tubes! My veins never give any other technician issues. I now have to return back with two new out of office blood orders from my doctor for gender and genetic testing for my child because this man is incapable of doing ... read more
