Kate was amazing. My daughter broke her arm over the weekend and because of the severity of her break and her age we were referred to see a pediatric orthopedic and Kate made sure we were able to get the images over to the doctors office promptly. Thanks again for your help.
The dept. is great the scheduling is horrible! I have to schedule the same thing every year, so I call, go on hold forever, get the fax number, message my doc, they fax it, call back wait on hold for some call center to say I don't have it, repeat, but don't call the day they fax because they can't find it, they are a call center! Either make it available through my care or be able to call where the damn fax machine is!!!
