I often look at reviews when going to new drs offices and wanted to review myself. I have had the best experience with Shayna today for issues I have been having with ears and throat. I have not had any relief this past year and it has been defeating and upon my apt with Shayna she was so kind, attentive and explained thoroughly exactly what was going on and could be happening. Went here with my 15 year old son who has a broken nose. He can’t even breathe out of his right nostril. We saw a Nurse Practitioner. He needs extensive repairs. They said they won’t help him until he turns 18 years old because “he is still growing”. So he must suffer for 3 years. In the meantime, I was told that the doctor will not be in for the next 6 months and we will see the doctor at that time. In the meantime, they said put him on Flonase for 6 months. If your child has an appointment with Dr. Babb, I suggest canceling and schedule with another Dr. he’s extremely rude and impatient with babies.
Worst answering service ever was dealing with a medical emergency and they refused to give the doctor my message because I’m a “new patient” when I was literally referred to them and told to call them asap so I could get in because I cannot eat. Absolutely wild
