I scheduled a primary care appointment at the beginning of February (three weeks ago) to go in on the 24th. On the 23rd they called to cancel my appointment. I called back and let them know that I needed to be seen asap because I have epilepsy and am going to run out of my medication within a few days. I was a patient of Dr. Kerry Graff's, and was sad to see her leave. At that time, the office appeared to be short staffed and stressed, and I was very skeptical of returning here for care. I recently needed the help of PCP (fall, 2024), and after not being able to get in soon enough elsewhere, scheduled an appt with Dr. Piotrowski, in spite of questionable reviews. Patient care has steadily and rapidly declined since Dr.Graff left the practice. The focus now seems to be on generating visits and billable procedures with minimal in-office visit time.
