Went here for my acne and have been feeling hopeless about it. Geneseo Dermatology just stopped answering me after one of the mediations they gave me burned my esophagus. Please do NOT go here. They do not want to help, they want a paycheck.
I used to be a patient here. Because it's been a few years they wanted to treat me as a new patient. I'm writing this in November and the soonest they could get me in is June. Disappointing.
I called on 3/26/25 to schedule an appointment for my husband. The soonest "new patient" appointment is October 9. No thanks. Was able to get him in where I go in Rochester MUCH sooner. Plus the woman on the other line way way nicer as well.
if you’re looking to schedule a dermatologist appointment, I highly recommend not coming to Rochester regional to be quite honest. I don’t even know why I thought that this location would be worth trying to make an appointment with it. Impossible to schedule an appointment with anyone in this building.
If you want to feel like your not a human and nobody cares about you, use Rochester Regional Health for all your medical provider needs. You can try to call your doctors office but that is impossible, you will get the Rochester Regional Health call center. The call center is someone working from home with dogs barking and kids screaming. You can ask to speak to a doctor or a PA, but they will only send a message with priority so you get a call back a few days later or never.
