Got there at 7am when the lab opens for bloodwork on a Monday. Not many people 3 or 4, waiting over half an hour and still haven't been called. When I asked someone they immediately asked if I had put my name in correctly with a snarky attitude like I was stupid. Rude attitudes, Slow, and unprofessional
I am giving 5 ⭐️’s because the staff are cool 😊, the location & services offered is convenient & local 🩶. HOWEVER, they have roaches 🪳. I couldn’t believe it, a billion dollar health care organization - do better 😾.
I was at first nervous about my primary care being a resident physician, but Dr. Hildesheim is an angel and listened to all of my concerns!
