Employees are routinely late for the start of their shifts. Sort of defeats the purpose of the before work appts.
Rude receptionists. I had a receptionist close her window in my face today because I asked her what she had said. She was damn near whispering and looking at her computer the whole time, I couldn’t hear what she was saying. Nevermind that after she shut the window her and the guy that checked me in giggled at each other. Ridiculous. Dr.Ocon has been great but I will start going to the Greece location due to this being the newest in rude receptionists I’ve dealt with at this office.
Dr. Mustafa is amazing. He really listens to our concerns, and always discusses our options with us fully.
I've always been taken care of in this office. I'm thankful for Dr. Chen . I miss Dr. Jones.
