I cannot stress just how helpful, patient and kind Ross is. I moved into my new flat recently and he has sorted all my problems out! He is great with communication, he is not at all patronising (which is saying a lot, given how little I know in this area), he is flexible and generous with his time, and has great knowledge, skill, and advice. It is no wonder he is everyone's first choice!
