Customer service I received from Brittini was beyond satisfactory. Very friendly and always responds on time with any questions. I also got a crank handle from here at the BEST price you can find on the entire internet and shipping was zip zip!! NO LIE! Online ordering was easy but also provided the appropriate level of detail. When I received the replacement parts -- earlier than expected -- I used the step-by-step instruction video to ensure I completed the job correctly.
