Big thanks! R&R had a clutch shoe for windows 30+ years old. Better, R&R had pictures on the internet that I found using Google Lens - 1st time! Highly recommend R&R! Especially for their customer service! I had two crank open windows that no longer opened, I knew what needed to be replaced but had no idea which product was the correct one. I emailed their team to see if they could confirm for me if the product I found was correct. They replied just a couple hours later letting me know it isn’t the correct one and even attached a labeled photo that helped to understand why I needed a single arm operator, as opposed to the dual arm operator. Starlene helped me out on the phone answered many questions, and made sure I ordered what I needed. I needed special springs and parts to repair my wood double hung windows in my family log home.
