Fabulous customer service, which is particularly delightful in our age when most interactions are with AI bots. I needed parts to fix a window and ordered the wrong ones, I emailed them to ask if I could return the parts and got practically immediate help from a super helpful and knowledgeable person who helped make sure I order the right things and explained how to return the wrong things I bought. If I lived in Denver, I would go get them some flowers. Humans rule!

Highly recommend R&R! Especially for their customer service! I had two crank open windows that no longer opened, I knew what needed to be replaced but had no idea which product was the correct one. I emailed their team to see if they could confirm for me if the product I found was correct. Starlene helped me out on the phone answered many questions, and made sure I ordered what I needed. I needed special springs and parts to repair my wood double hung windows in my family log home.
