Definitely an intense first time experience. I’d never been to a sauna before. The atmosphere and service were friendly upon arrival, though the essential oil diffusing in the lobby was really strong. The instructions were relayed fairly well to a complete newbie. I wish the temperature settings could have been adjustable, because it was really hot for this sauna beginner, especially intense in the steam room. I’m used to getting massages from other places and I’ve been satisfied.The amount of money I payed there didn’t match the massage that I got. Didn’t get the full time massage. Money hungry. Disappointed, will not be going back there
Excellent service and massage.
My first time at R&R and my first float in 30+ years. Great experience. Everything was clean and inviting. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.
