Broke an axle spring on my camper. Had eTrailer send the replacement spring to R&R, they scheduled me in the morning after the spring came in and we were on the road home by 11:30 that morning.
Beware.... Had an estimate from them and after they repaired everything with no change to what they were fixing they went and adjusted the cost to the repairs to exactly what the insurance check was paying out Not only did they do this they ended up charging me out of pocket for a charge that the insurance had already included in the payment but told me I needed to take it up with my insurance.
