Roger was 1 hour and 45 mins late for our appointment. The appointment was rushed. I left with soaking wet hair and my roots look completely untouched. I was “ accidentally “ charged $75 too much, which was credited back to me. When I expressed that I was dissatisfied, I was blocked on social media AFTER roger called my friends to gossip about me telling him I was unhappy with the service. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and I would never recommend.
