We had an amazing time while renting this rv on our trip to yellow stone everything worked great and the customer service was really good renata helped when needed.
I leant them my RV to rent out. When I got it back, there were multiple damages to it from a broken gas cap to a smashed bumper. I asked to go through her insurance so we can have these things resolved. She used her experience in a foreign country and her tactics from such foreign country to delay delay delay, and she even told me her child was in the hospital, possibly on life-support. I'VE HAD LOTS OF MY CLIENTS GO TO THESE PEOPLE EVERYONE HAD MECHANICAL ISSUES. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T HAVE A CERTIFIED MECHANIC TO DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB.
