Very rude over the phone! I needed to rent from them for an event we're hosting and told her our location was in Cheyenne... gave her a landmark of where the location was. She told me I'm in Casper and that means nothing to me and hung up. Horrible customer service!
Absolutely great, helped us when we were in a pickle!
I hosted a family reunion on a ranch and needed a port a potty. R&R dropped out off earlier in the week. When we got there Saturday it was ready. It was well stocked and very clean. My experience using R&R was very positive. I highly recommend them.
