UPDATE: 03/18/2026 - ( Since I made this review they have blocked my telephone number. I have never called anybody names, I have never made any threats, I did tell them I’m going to be reporting them due to the negligence they have demonstrated over the last 432 days the employees were fully aware of the damages that went against the Iowa code. My name is Patrick Sherod I left a review a few days ago. This company has still not followed Iowa law and their responsibilities as a landlord. Not only has my unit uninhabitable for a year now & they fully aware. They have blocked my number on all lines so there’s no way to report the on going problems with my unit. Under Iowa law they are required to make sure the unit they’re renting out to me is habitable. It’s not. They love trying to evict people durning the holiday season. Yea i payed alot already they are going after me for 310 so had to return all my 6 year olds christmas gifts so i have a place to live hope everyone in corporate has a horribale christmas and i hope they feel good about themselves that had to happen. Im paying it just wishing you could wait a few days till payday.
