Would give negative stars if I could. Got contracted with this company through our home appliance warranty for a broken dishwasher. We are now going on 10+ weeks of follow up with no resolution. They came to review the washer and determined they needed to order a part. We then had to continually follow up to see when the part came in. When it did, we said we needed to review schedules and would call back. For whatever reason they marked the job as complete, which it was not.
