I rented from Richard Chinn. You better take before photos/videos of your rental before you take the keys. He will take your security deposit even though he knows about previous damage in the rental. I got blamed for damage by the previous damage so new marble on me. This has been the worst experience of my life.
Ryan at R&R is always so responsive to whatever our needs might be. The property is always pristine and beautifully maintained. They have a very professional and courteous team on board.
After 10 years of owning a business and leasing properties, I can say hands down that working with R&R properties has been the best experience I’ve had. R&R truly knows how to manage a facility and not simply own it
