Usually helpful whether in person, by phone or email! Then they ripped me off on a pool pump. The sale price was posted on their website but when I went into the store to buy it, they gave me some BS about it being the last one they had in stock so I would have to pay the regular price. There was no mention of this stipulation on their website at this time. As it was the only pump available in the area I bought it.
