Big joke. I asked for an estimate for bathroom remodel and main valves replacement. The estimator came at the scheduled time, checked the bathroom and valves, and left, promising that "they'll email me the estimate". Never received any estimates or phone call. However, almost 2 weeks later, a person from R&R called asking me " is Wednesday good day to come over, start the project"? I told the person that I never received an estimate at the first place.
