I was impressed with Chris's quick response to scheduling Greg to repair our sink drain issue.
Yesterday realized a leak was forming in my downstairs bathroom, called at 130pm and they came today at 7am! Greg and Christian were prompt, efficient ,very friendly and personable! Greg walked through each step of process and explained how and what needed to be done! Christian was excellent as well showing me the damaged parts through the camera scope and even showing me the damaged part and walking through what’s being replaced. R&R just left my house, and I had to write a review immediately. After playing phone tag with various businesses about a leak in our ceiling, these folks were able to send someone out the same day I called. Jeff immediately located the issue and let me know what was involved in the repair in addition to the cost. Plus they were able to fix the problem while they were here! The cost was beyond reasonable, and they were in and out in a matter of hours. Lesson learned. Call R&R first! Thank yo!
Big joke. I asked for an estimate for bathroom remodel and main valves replacement. The estimator came at the scheduled time, checked the bathroom and valves, and left, promising that "they'll email me the estimate". Never received any estimates or phone call. However, almost 2 weeks later, a person from R&R called asking me " is Wednesday good day to come over, start the project"? I told the peron that I never received an estimate at the first place. We had a persistent flooding problem that was causing us a lot of stress, but Rob and his team came to the rescue with a cost-effective solution in Sept 2023.
