We have had two other back-up sump pumps installed and when we needed them they did not work. R and R installed the last one and it lasted during a 32 hour power outage without a drop of water in our finished basement. Thank you R and R!
They charged for work they didn’t do correctly, refused to fix their mistake, then scheduled an appointment and ghosted us, awful. Disappointing and unprofessional. Don’t hire them.
R & R is amazing! They have rescued us from water disasters on two occasions and have been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. 5 stars is not high enough. If you need help with water/plumbing, call them, they are the best!
R&R plumbing came out to assess my current sump pump. Rob arrived timely. He explained everything in detail - knowledgeable in his craft- and answered all of my questions. He insured that my new sump pump could be installed the next day, and it was! The guys who came to install were professional, courteous & thorough! The price was right too! Would definitely recommend R&R.
If I could give a 10 star rating for this company I would. We had a career day event for the local high school program on the 2nd. Called in a problem that our system is backing up. They pull up before 8:00am and had us up and running within an hour before the event started. Great crew. We are grateful for the prompt professional service.
