I was very satisfied with the service provided. The tech arrived earlier than requested(a huge relief), was competent, courteous and pleasant to converse with. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.
Extremely negligent service. We hired RR Plumbing to clean our main sewer line. Their technicians failed to properly close and seal the main sewer cleanout cover before leaving. Two days later during a rainstorm, sewage water backflowed directly out of the open cover, flooding our lower level space with 9 inches of sewage. This careless mistake caused thousands of dollars in property damage, ruining multiple water heaters and furniture.
