awful experience, they said they wouldn’t charge me for insurance deductible but they over billed my insurance and charged me the deductible out of pocket DO NOT USE

Ahmed came and helped me out with a leak my tenant was experiencing in the kitchen area. Service was fast and professional, would definitely call back again for any future issues.

This is a long overdue review for Roto-Rooter. Mom's house needed a drain cleaning service. She hadn't done it in over a decade so it was time. She called after noticing the drainage was acting slow, and they arrived to her home within the hour even though they estimated a later time. That was really convenient. Our technician's name was Howard and he was phenomenal. Courteous, professional, and tidy, he did his work thoroughly and efficiently.
