Employee tried to rip me off. Ask for $800 for repair. A new toilet only cost $100 - $200 . Horrible advice and a scam. $100 for doing nothing I paid.
Not reliable! They gave me a window for the tech to show up and past the end of my window time after I called myself to inquire they told me nobody is coming.
Coming to inspection.Do not anything making charge $270+ tax and technician got my violation papers after full up than sending to my but waiting 5 days I’m not getting this latter.
Sang showed up promptly and was very considerate. He did Great!!! He explained the whole process and showed me what he was going to do then when he was through, he explained what he did and showed me that I did not have a leak. He also worked very hard.
Shiva the tech was professional and very nice. Did the job very good!
