R&R came out on an emergency call on a Sunday. The Callout rate was exceptionally reasonable. They diagnosed and fixed one of our urinals on-site, all for the rate of the callout. Which again was awesome. The second urinal required parts that had to be sourced. They returned mid Monday with the parts and finished the job accordingly. Customer service was on par with large scale contractors/vendors. We greatly appreciated their service, and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again.
