R & R was very prompt in setting an appointment. They showed up when they said they would. Rodney did a great job installing the new toilet. Communication was pretty good (via text) I had asked about hauling away the old toilet but didn’t get an answer. When Rodney arrived I was told the haul away fee would be an extra charge. I would like to have known that ahead of time. Otherwise, I would recommend R & R.
Loved how quickly available he was. He recommended & sent me the link to the parts I needed. Reasonable priced. & completed the job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend & use again. 👌🏽
