I did not choose this company directly — my home warranty assigned them after I filed a claim for a backed-up bathroom sink. I hoped it would be a simple snake job that would be covered by the warranty, but it turned into a much larger project when roots were found in old cast iron pipes. So of course, I was left to pay out of pocket. I agreed to let them do the work since my bathroom wall was already opened up. Navatney did an outstanding job from start to finish! He showed up right on time, was very professional, and explained everything so clearly that I felt completely confident about the work being done. He got the job done quickly, made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and left the area spotless. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful.
