Getting a response or someone to show up is like pulling teeth. They showed up once and said they would give a quote after looking at the RV. Zero response or follow up. Fast forward to today. He will be out this evening. Followed up twice with zero response. If I could give zero stars for reliability, I would. If you are fortunate enough to get them to do work for you, please share your secret with Somerset. I have never tried so hard to give someone $ for services.
10/10 recommend! Not only did they respond extremely quickly, they had us fixed and up and running even faster! Our Technician, Casey, was so polite and made sure everything was fixed and there was no additional problems before he left which I really appreciated! This saved us the headache of towing our camper all the way home to Cincinnati to get it fixed since we store it here in Monticello. Several of my family members have campers and I will recommend this company every time. Saved the whole trip! Thank you!!
They did a horrible job for me. Put me in a heating unit and guaranteed me it would keep me warm for the winter that I paid them $900 for. Didn't work one time. When I called to get it fixed they charged me another $250 more dollars on a thermostat that didn't fix anything..I had to go and buy a indoor heater to heat the camper through the winter. It wouldn't stay on and wouldn't heat without shutting right back off and making a loud banging noise. Was supposed to change my water heater and tear out the old fridge and never ... read more
