I was taking my mom there started off fantastic, then the next month was told to start looking for another pain management because they were closing, found a different dr in ft smith went one time there then was contacted by R&R medical saying that the Dr was back and scheduled her appointment, was good for two months and now we are again left hanging because they shut the clinic down and didn't notify any patients. Oh. My. God. I've been calling for days trying to get a hold of someone because they didn't refill my prescription. This place is managed horribly, with most of the time no one being there. You can't get ahold of anybody, and the voicemail is full so you can't even leave message. Go to anywhere else before here.

I actually found Dr. Clark not only smart, caring listened to every single thing I told him. I’m sure his bedside manners are wonderful as well. Listen when a doctor also draws your blood there was no phlebotomist there that day he smiled and drew my blood (he got it first hit amazing and smart) I 100% found everyone there to be super kind helpful shows respect Crystal whom did my vitals was so amazing and the rooms looked clean to me. . This is a great family practice primary care physicians office. Great for families. The facility is very well maintained as far as cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and they take excellent care of their patients. I 100% recommend going to this facility if you live in Leflore county in Oklahoma.
