R&R Med Spa provides the best massage services in the Nashville area. I had been to the Hermitage location a couple of times but have been to the new Donelson location several times. I highly recommend R&R as the massage therapist is experienced and highly skilled in various massage techniques; she can tailor the treatment to meet individual needs and preferences. Sessions are by appointment only so call ahead to block off time.
