Lucy really took the time to work out years of tension in my neck and shoulders. She was also so incredibly patient with how ticklish and tender I was during the massage, and always ensured I felt comfortable and relaxed. I truly cannot wait to see her again!

I have been trying to find my go-to massage therapist since I moved to the valley almost a year ago, and Alysha is the one! I hold a lot of tension in my body, especially my shoulders and lower extremities, so I scheduled a deep tissue massage with her. She was very kind and knowledgeable, and helped me figure out a plan to work through the problem areas of my body over time. I had a lovely experience and highly recommend R&R Massage!

Honestly, I have thoroughly enjoyed my massage experiences here. There is nothing negative that I could say. The atmosphere is awesome, Alysha speaks with you about how you are feeling and the plan on how to hit your problem areas. It for lack of a better phrase has been 'Awesome.' I had a great experience here and will definitely be going back.

I had a deep tissue and heated stone massage with Alysha and I will book again. She is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is calming, while the massage itself was very effective in relieving muscle pain I was experiencing. Best of all, the products she uses are really high quality, so you will leave feeling fresh. Highly recommend!
