I have no words to describe how grateful I am to Nate! He is great at what he does but overall a wonderful and caring human being. I still can't believe that I am in a nice house and how smooth the process was!
Nate is so accommodating to me as a college student. You can tell he really cares about his tenants and wants to make the process of renting stress free and easy. Definitely recommend!
Nate is by far the best landlord you will ever have. Beyond professional. He goes out of his way to make sure your property is always in the best shape. He addresses any issues you may have immediately and fixes things correctly the first time around. He's so easy to work with, and such an all around good guy! If you ever have the opportunity to lease from him JUMP at the chance! You won't regret it and will have the best and easiest tenancy of your life!!!
Im very happy to pay only pay a minimal fee on top of my rent to transfer my funds. Only 50 pennies on top of the 1.3k is truly a blessing
Nate was amazing with me. I have terrible tenants. He went above and beyond to try to help me with extremely difficult people.
