They just like money money money. They have no problem with renting out units that have issues. When you ask for repairs it takes them weeks if not months to get things fixed. I wouldn't recommend renting anything from this management team. They will run you through the ringer and come up with every excuse to not fixed or repair things in your unit. For your safety and family security I would go somewhere else to rent.
Nate made my application and move in process so simple and easy. I am really happy with my new place!
