Been with R&R Insurance for over 20 years. They were absolutely great until Cindi P left. Now we never know who we are to talk with or deal with. Recently had to make a change in carriers and got no help. In fact we were told that we should consider shopping around since they didn’t think they could provide coverage by the time we lost our current insurer. Can never get ahold of anyone when I call. I also bought a new UTV last year and called to insure it, 2 months later I found out it was not insured and they blamed it on me when I called to put insurance on it the day I bought it.

Well since my agent retired 3 years ago I haven't had the same person to talk to after an operator bounces me around, now I talk to whoever and I don't know who I'm dealing with on the other side and the newest thing now they would like me to fill out all the information to send certificates to my customers I don't know why they have employees if I'm doing all this work. I suppose someone to fill seats in their built seats in their multi million dollar buildings
