earl came by with the right filter for my hvac and heater system and explained how to install it and when to replace it. he also checked the extra ceiling filter in the family room and let me know it was not needed with the new system, so he removed it for me. he pointed out that leaving that filter in place could affect airflow and interfere with the new hvac setup. he also walked me through the thermostat settings, including how to switch from cool to heat and adjust the numbers correctly. he was very kind, patient, and he... read more

My wife and i arrived to visit family and found the ac system running, but the indoor temperature was stuck at 84 degrees. We called late that night for ac repair, and our call was answered right away with a service appointment set for the next day. jamie arrived with a small delay that was communicated ahead of time and quickly started a full inspection of the vents, returns, attic air handler, and outdoor condenser.
