We have been customers of RR HVAC Solutions - Air Conditioning & Heat for over 40 years. Our first heat pump was installed many years ago. Recently, during our last service, Brody came to perform the EAS service on our unit. He was incredibly efficient and took the time to check everything thoroughly, including the air flow under the house. Even though it was under 40 degrees, he handled the situation expertly and made sure to check all aspects of the unit. He is definitely a top-notch technician!

Since buying our home, we've relied on a trusted ac repair service. We were new parents when our heating system failed just as the cold weather arrived. Recently, james from the sales group gave me an estimate for a furnace repair. He could evaluate my home and recommend the most suitable service. James was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he took the time to explain the options and answered all my questions. On the day of repair, brody showed up on time and worked efficiently. I was initially hesitant when I first heard about RR HVAC Solutions - Air Conditioning & Heat, as my preference leans towards family-owned businesses. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they are indeed the type of business I was hoping to work with. RR HVAC Solutions - Air Conditioning & Heat is without question the most sincere, diligent, well-informed, and caring service provider I've had the pleasure to work with.
