It is a pleasure to work with Kelly. He has extensive knowledge and capabilities in all things construction based. His ability to communicate and meet the needs of the home owner is beyond expectations. Plus, he cleans up after himself, showing pride in his workmanship and work ethic. I feel like he has become vested in our multiple projects and is just as excited as we are to see our home improve. His professional composure with clean language is a plus.

These 2 gentlemen are fantastic. I called them last summer needing an emergency service. They extended their day and came and completed my unfinished job 2 hours after I called them! Today they came to do plumbing work, knocked the job out in a few hours and I am nothing short of very grateful for these guys. I wouldn’t call anyone else!

I contacted R&R Home Maintenance to see if they assist with roof repair and replacement. They unfortunately informed me they did not. However, they were very professional and courteous. They even referred me to another company that might be able to help. Very friendly company.

It is my great pleasure to recommend Kelly Rice for your remodeling project! We agreed to a price for siding, insulation, windows and doors; he did everything he said he would, in a timely manner. Kelly's crew were polite, hardworking, and cleaned up after themselves. My place looks great! I love it, and the neighbors love it! My husband and I will use Kelly's services again, and we will recommend him to all our friends! We will miss having Kelly, Jeff and Little Kelly at our place!!

Kelly and Matt are great to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. They have provided us with estimates to both repair and make some updates to our cottage. Once we agreed to the quote, they did the repair work and replaced our door next day. I was impressed they were able to help get us taken care of so quickly. We are very happy with their quality work and would highly recommend.
