Working with Rick was a real pleasure. From setting up the appointment to coincide with our plans, to his very thorough inspection of the house. After his inspection he took me through the whole house and showed me what he had found good or not so good, explained the findings and made sure I understood. Rick has done 3 inspections for us now, and I have to say ; he is very thorough with his inspections, allows you to follow him around while he's working so you can see things first hand, and he is very informative when he finds things out of the norm. Don't let 75 five star reviews fool you, Rick doesn't do thorough home inspections. Our inspection showed problems to be pretty minor but upon getting other specialized inspectors in, Rick somehow MISSED a leaking roof, a leaking pool, a non-functional AC. Heck, he didn't even know how to use the fireplace with a simple remote. The electrical is unsafe, insulation inadequate. I WISH I could go back in time and go with another inspector so I wouldn't have bought this house that I am now stuck with paying several thousands of ... read more
