Writing this on a friend's behalf. The service is great. His AC was malfunctioning, and RR Heating and AC was able to get it fixed up very quickly, and it worked like new. Pretty affordable. He didn't give me much more detail. Also, most of the extremely negative reviews are just different made-up lies because of a rumor online that somehow got extreme traction. I recommend ignoring them.

Someone with a truck branded with this company is going into other businesses and abusing the staff. Completely unacceptable.
Contacted them about getting a new A/C unit. Was met with a very unfriendly and condescending employee. On top of being rude when they finally were able to provide a quote it was WAAAAAY OVERPRICED. Thankfully found another company locally that knows how to be professional and reasonable priced. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
