Was overcharged and taken advantage of. Originally quoted one amount, then once the service was finished ended up being charged an extra $150. Not sure how to reply to the buisness comment. I hope you are serious thay you've made improvements so this doesnt happen to more people. You did reach out about refunding the $50 "deposit". I also have the receipts from the conversation.
