Poor service and even worse quality.
We understand that you have chosen to ignore our emails, the New Mexico Attorney General inquiries and the Better Business Bureau Inquiries and your promise that your work is guaranteed. Your work failed on our vehicle. At this point we are stating that we will accept a $2000 refund of our costs for the faulty replacement of our Acura transmission which was incorrectly installed. Would not recommend this place. . . have taken two diesel trucks to them. The first time was to rebuild the transmission on our dodge. Gave more than 3 grand to have the job done. Truck stayed longer than told. Finally got the truck back and job was not done correctly, had to take the truck back for correction. They then stated it would take more money. . . how is it right to fork up more money due to original job not being done correctly. ?? Gave them a second chance with our duramax couple weeks ago.
