Roger Jr., Isaac, Jessica, and Roger Sr. saved the day for me on Wednesday, May 7th, as my Ram 2500 lost a tensioner, resulting in no belt, overheating, etc., near Socorro NM on I-25. Excellent customer service, pleasant on the phone, made the service call, found the problem, were prepared with parts on order, and a very timely response, had me repaired, and cost was very fair.
