I bought a car (Skoda Octavia 2017) from RR Cars just last week, and I’ve had a terrible experience. The seller told me the only issue was high mileage. The very next day, the engine light came on. My mechanic found the engine was leaking oil — a serious issue that had been hidden by the panel under the car and was estimated £3000 to fix. When I contacted RR Cars to report this, they refused to take the car back and have stopped picking my calls. Bought a Skoda Octavia 2017. Asked if there were any faults. He said just high mileage. Went to the mechanic. Said it needs a new engine. Fluids were leaking from everywhere. Gear oil and coolant. Head gasket needed changed. Called Rainey back, said he didn't know. How could he not know, he has a mechanic. Blocked my number. Avoid this business for your own good.
Bought a Volvo XC60 of Rod. Communication was great, expert knowledge of cars, picked me up from airport, kind guy. No issues and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

Recently bought a jeep off Rodney, very smooth experience throughout, 2 test drives and then purchased, a few days after purchase the jeep had an issue and Rodney brought my old car straight to me took the new one away had it fixed in 2 days and back to me, highly recommended, will return for next car upgrade in the future
