R&R emailed to cancel the catering service the morning of my brother’s wedding with no reason as to why. Absolutely terrible service. If anyone is looking for a caterer I would steer clear of them, I’d hate to see it happen to any other couple.
The service was good. The food was not good. Didn't finish the brisket. It was so dry. The French fries were the best part of the meal.
We ordered and paid for catering from R&R BBQ back in May for an August 1 wedding. They EMAILED the MORNING OF THE WEDDING to say that it was canceled, and refunded our money. I am livid, and when I called, understandably upset, the guy on the phone said that if I was just calling to complain then there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service.
This girl with ginger hair helped me, she was genuinely the nicest person i’ve ever encountered at this location, she was super helpful and very welcoming. i couldn’t have done it without her, whoever you are….thank you!
