Total rip off. My daughter took her car here and was told she needed a fuel pump and a head gasket. Over $5000. We took her car to get a second opinion, her fuel pump is fine and she has no head casket cracks, leaks or problems. R&R thought they could take advantage of her because she is a young female. What they did is wrong and illegal. Don’t take your care here. Total scam.
On the pricier side. We’ve taken our vehicles there for breaks and rotors. They’ve done a decent job. Still kinda squeaks but no biggy! They will always come back with a ton of other things that “need” to be done. Said our alternator needed to be replaced asap. I was skeptical bc there were no signs of battery dying etc. Took it somewhere else to confirm and they said it was fine. It’s been 2 weeks and no sign of battery or car failing issues.
