First time going to R & R ... new to the area and have a hard time finding a shop in lehi saratoga springs area. Brought the car in for a basic new tire mount and an alignment. Mechanic was fantastic and found an issue that prevented a good alignment as well as causing a lot of road noise. Was hesitant to say yes to the extra work (I have plenty of mechanic stories through the years...lol!) but said yes to the suggested work to give R&R a shot.... the car handles like it is brand new! I've been making it a point to leave more positive reviews lately. As a business owner myself, I know what reviews mean and I don't take it light heartedly to leave a negative review. That being said, I would not recommend or trust this shop again. I called them Wednesday morning about dropping off my diesel truck for DEF issue and a possible coolant leak.
