Someone there damaged my wheels during brake service and no one let me know a mistake had happened. Also, even though I scheduled a whole day for brakes and rotor replacement, they didnt have parts on hand and had to keep my car an additional day. No loaner offered. Update: Found long scratches (pic attached) on my trunk this morning. These too are scratches that happened at R&R as they removed 2 items from my trunk while they had my car for 2 days.
