This auto repair shop is very friendly and most importantly competent and honest. They understand the intricate repairs of modern vehicles and have highly qualified mechanics to do the work. I went in to get my radiator inspected and repaired and they did everything quickly. I went in to pay and they refused to charge me stating that the labor was quick and no charges will be necessary. Dishonest shop. Heres why I think so. My ex took our daughter's car in for an oil leak. They said the torque strut was leaking. (They don't even have fluid in them). In their inspection they said the transmission fluid was also dirty and it needed a service. I just serviced it 4 weeks ago. They said the belts needed to be replaced. I replaced them as well 4 weeks ago. So I'm a mechanic. I talked to the manager. He said yes they are replacing the torque strut. Because it was leaking. R&R has been my preferred mechanic for years. They’re honest, competitively priced (nothing is cheap now a days), quick service and communicate consistently with the customer.

Went in for tire alignment. Sat there for 2 hours before they told me it’d be another $100 for them to get some bolts they needed. Poor communication on their part.
