Great shop! Honest guys that do great work. Definitely an awesome shop.
I stopped at the shop on a Thursday around 4pm. The brakes on my vehicle were squealing after driving nearly 800 miles to attend a funeral in the area. Two wonderful employees came out to look at the brakes outside. While they were not able to service the vehicle because they were about to close and would not reopen until Monday, they still spent time looking at the problem and gave me recommendations on what to do next and what I should ask for when I found another shop. R&R Auto has been taking great care of my vehicles for years — including my 11-year-old Super Duty (a commercial plow truck for my business), my 4Runner, and my Tacoma. The four guys there are salt-of-the-earth Mainers: honest, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable. They take pride in what they do, treat you with respect, and never try to upsell you on anything you don’t need. It’s rare to find a shop you can fully trust, but R&R is absolutely one of them.
