8:59am, I go up to the door to pull on it. Locked. See a fella inside eating Cheetos. He says “nine.” I go back to the car. 9:02 walk up to the shop door again, see the same guy out in the parking lot getting something from his car. 9:05, locked and no one inside. Drove off.
Worked on my car twice both times they said your car is fixed. Nope won’t return my calls. Guess i was wrong thought it was a honest business Very disappointing. I allowed the owner a chance to fix it as he promised but when they couldn’t and I already paid $1000 they refused to give me any refund and so far owner was supposed to call me but did not. They take the time to talk everything over with you so you understand how the problem started and if it is urgent and time sensitive, or can it be put off till funds become available. Great pricing and heart felt care for your safety put in the Job for you and your Family and the Reliability of your vehicles.
I would give them a 0 star if I could. Had 4 tires put on and new lug posts suposidly put on our jeep. Found out they never put the new posts on and just said they did. They charged us 820, wont be back. Do better ppl.
These fellas are amazing! We were stranded on I-75 this past weekend. With the blessed grace of God, they had answered the phone when normally the shop is closed (thank you TR). The business owner (R) assured us that our truck would be fixed that night. Within minutes, they were able to diagnose the issue, fix, call in someone with a specific specialty (M and brother) to finish the work, and we were out and heading back up north within a couple of hours.
