Very unprofessional. Perfect example of why our system is failing everyone.
Would not recommend this place, a certain counselor recommending substance abuse , canceling appointments week after week and using internal database to pursue personal relationships with current and former clients.
The facility is warm and welcoming. The intake process is smooth, except for waitlists. The staff are trauma-informed and provide emotional first aid.
