Very sharp staff. Receptionist VERY helpful.
Incompetent firm. I wouldn't use them for larger size projects. They caused so many headaches and contractors to lose money due to unsatisfactory specifications. When it came down to request information from them, they failed to deliver. In the beginning they would at least return phone calls and say they were working on it. It got to the point that they stopped returning messages. Contractors lost hope and spent fairly large amounts of their own money to fix these problems.
