I had a great experience with Bert and his garage door repair service. One night around 10:30 PM, I came out to my garage and found that my garage door spring and cables had completely broken. Huge thanks for Bert and Aliyah for helping me this week! I called a few other places but did not compare the level of professionalism and dedication to customers with R&Q. This level of customer service you don’t find anymore with businesses. My garage door gave out and the very same day they had someone at my door. Even pricing was completely reasonable. I will one hundred percent recommend to everyone I know! Thank you once again guys!
EVERYONE involved 10/10 customer service. I called with a problem at 10:10am and payed for the completed service at 11:20 am. I will be contacting them for EVERY future garage problem I have.
