RPT Toner went way out of their way to solve a cartridge compatibility issue that I was experiencing. I was lucky enough to deal directly with a gentleman named Jay. He took the time to understand, diagnose and resolve my issue expediently. I'm very sure my business is "small potatoes" to him - but it didn't matter. He obviously cares about every customer no matter how big or small. That's the definition of "Integrity". Jay: thanks so much for all your help and great communication. It is truly appreciated.
